The Pink Lady Cocktail is a sweet, tangy and tart cocktail that is absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day. Not too syrupy, the Pink Lady is a sophisticated but playful, old-school cocktail that can easily be sipped at brunch or before a great dinner.
Now, unlike with my pisco sour, I manned up and made this with the requisite egg white. If it’s good enough, presumably, for Rizzo, I can do it too.
Pink Lady Cocktail
- 2 oz dry gin
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 egg white
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake what yo momma gave you-slash-the cocktail.
- Strain into a Martini glass.
- Be ladylike, and drink that pink drink!
