There’s nothing I love more than curling up with a book and a cup of tea. But that got my head spinning– what if I could curl up with a good book, and a cocktail cup of tea?
Even better, this is chocolate tea from Adagio tea. It’s black Ceylon tea leaves infused with flavor of rich, dark chocolate. The nose is absolutely delightful, and the taste is a nice, sharp tannic flavor with a strong undercurrent of mellow chocolate.
To turn it in to a cocktail, I brewed a strong cup of tea and cooled it off with a few ice cubes.
Then, I had my cranberry syrup from my Freixenet cocktail last week.
